Just attended "The Memorial March for the Missing and Murdered Women" of Edmonton. An anual event commemorating those who died over a five year period. These women are "Warrior Women" of the streets and are constantly picked up by so called "Johns" and often never found again. It would seem the only protection the Canadian Government offers, is that all prostitutes and drug addicts give blood on a voluntary basis; the point being that idendification of corpses is some kind of law and order. Would you believe that the women are thankful for such a service??
My opinion is that of anger, because if the only protection offered, is DNA bone identification and not assisting the living then I say "Let us act before the fact and not after!!" I attended one March, where one man found out while marching, that the police had identified the bones of his daughter then it is not enough!!
